BR Properties — Winchester is the Clark County community from the team behind Bluegrass Rental Properties. Since 2002 we have owned and managed rental housing across Central Kentucky — over 300 apartments and more than 20 single family homes in and around Lexington — and Winchester is where we are growing now.
What we bring here is the same thing our Lexington residents have come to expect: well kept apartments, straight answers, and a maintenance team that actually shows up. We take great pride in our properties, our communication, and our locations.
We bought on Westside Drive because Winchester is one of the few places left in the region where a renter can get a real two or three bedroom home at a rent that makes sense. Clark County has good schools, a genuine downtown, and a twenty minute shot down I-64 into Lexington. That combination is getting harder to find.
